For nearly three decades, Rogue Valley Roasting Company (RoCo) has been more than just a coffee shop—it’s been the heart of our neighborhood. Nestled at 917 E Main Street in Ashland, RoCo has come to be a beloved community hub, serving up more than just great coffee.

Our journey took an exciting turn when we joined the Ashland Food Co-op family. This partnership allows us to deepen our roots in the community while staying true to our core values. We’re still committed to sourcing locally produced baked goods, using organic certified ingredients, and serving up a curated selection of Pacific Northwest wines and beers. At the heart of it all remains our passion for serving up the best coffee to the best neighbors.

We’re excited to grow while keeping our neighborhood-friendly vibe. We’re expanding our wholesale offerings and bringing exclusive RoCo coffee experiences to the Co-op store. But don’t worry—our cozy spot on E. Main Street isn’t going anywhere. In fact, we’re dreaming up new ways to bring the community together, from fun events to educational classes. At RoCo, we’re not just serving coffee; we’re brewing community, one cup at a time.
